Playing with sound

By Raising Children Network January 23, 2024 11:36 pm

When we sing, we slow down the natural rhythm of our speech and stretch out the sounds – this helps children learn language by watching you and seeing how to make different sounds with their mouths.

Children can explore sound by listening, making sounds, and playing with different volumes, echoes, pitches, melodies, and rhythms. Playing with sound is fun for all ages and different abilities.
