Obstacle course

Feeling couped up inside? Get outdoors and get your bodies moving with an obstacle course! The best part is that you can use anything around your house, backyard, or a local park. Crawl under a chair, climb over some cushions or pillows, jump over a stick or hop into and out of a hula hoop.

Start out simple, then increase the challenge of the course as your child’s gross motor skills and abilities improve. They’ll learn to crawl through, jump or hop over, and move around the obstacles in their way.
