Uniting Communities are an inclusive not-for-profit organisation that works with children, young people and families to support them through difficult times. The services that are on offer include mediation, family and relationship counselling, as well as support to reunite young people with their families. Uniting Communities also work with foster carers to provide children with a safe space and stable home, and assist people with problems related to domestic violence.
